Refund Policy – Beauty Ball

In the unlikely event that your Beauty Ball has arrived damaged or faulty, please email info@beautyball.com.au within 7 days of receiving your parcel to discuss further. Our friendly customer care team are happy to help you with a replacement or refund.

Please note that for hygiene purposes, we unfortunately are not able to offer a refund on opened or used products. No refunds or returns will be accepted for change of mind purchases.
